We calculate shipping costs based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Free shipping is available for orders over $150 within the US.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your candle, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unused candles can be returned for a full refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us at support@leurlumierecandles.com immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
